Order Processing

All products sold through Real Attractive Design are made to order. Production begins once your payment has been successfully processed.

Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days, although production times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and seasonal demand.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

After production is completed, your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

• Package weight
• Selected shipping method

Applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other local fees remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been shipped.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.

We will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the claim and assist you with an appropriate solution.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages when products are produced in different facilities or become available at different times.

If this occurs, tracking information will be provided for each shipment whenever possible.
